Hey, I like this! It takes me awhile to understand how things work sometime, but I finally figured out the basics of this. The $4.99 was spent to purchase the software program itself. At that point, I could advertise the software and I had blog space.

At that point, I just make $2 for every software package that is sold through my blog or my link. When I started seeing $2's, I realized I still had to choose what level of Kilobyte Ownership I wanted. I am starting at a fairly small amount, but at least I will make a percentage off of others purchasing kilobyte ownership in my network. As I make more, I will buy more kilobytes and make a bigger percentage.

I'll be honest - I have read the website and I still don't really understand it. But Fundraiser 1.0 is a software program that is used by businesses, non-profits, entrepreneurs, anyone... to raise funds.

It was developed by a business after they were unable to obtain funding through traditional means. Money raised can be used for any reason and does not have to be paid back. What you do is purchase at a level. The lowest level is $5. Then you literally own a percentage of the webspace. You are encouraged to USE your space by advertising, blogging, making pages, etc.

As you refer people into the program, they will also buy in. On the first "phase" they can start at the $5 level on up to th $200 level. The way the the website explains it is that when you purchase at any level, the level becomes your percent that you will receive on all transactions from your affiliate partners. When the referring party chooses a level for their transactions, you get that percent you chose. As your referral grows in the program you continue to receive interest payments from that party. If you have more than 50 in your network, you receive all transactions they make to raise money with Fundraiser 1.0 . You only receive funding from those you directly refer into the program, not from anyone that they refer. This is not multi-level in any way.

You know, the more I try to explain it, I find I am finally beginning to understand. Bottom line, though is that at the $5 level, you have a potential to raise up to $4600! Obviously, the more space you purchase, the more money you can raise. Your only "job" with this program is to advertise it. I will keep you all updated as to how this works. 6/21/08 - I say "nearly free" for this, but it is right at the upper limit of what I am willing to invest. The idea behind Unselfish Wealth is noble. It is in essence a marketing group where everyone shares advertising and sign-ups, so that everyone sponsors the same number of people and everyone benefits. The organizers of Unselfish Wealth are using the brand new MLM, Travelencia as the business that all members join. Travelencia has a compensation and bonus plan that is optimal for all if each person sponsors exactly four people. So, when you join Unselfish Wealth, you go through their instructions on their website to join Travelencia. Then you help with advertising the program and as new people join, they will be placed under you. You will have four "personals" placed under you. They will have four placed under them. And so on. So it is to everyone's benefit to keep advertising Unselfish Wealth so everyone is happy.

Travelencia does appear to have a great product - being able to buy discounted travel through a consolidator giving you substantial savings. Also, as a member, you can literally make travel arrangements without paying in advance, and pay them off before you travel without having to pay interest! And it is available to people worldwide. It really is a great program, and there are more benefits, but the "catch" is that there is a $50 fee per month and a $50 fee to sign up. In theory, you will never have to pay the fee again because you bonuses will cancel it out.

I will report back and let you know. I like the idea of this. I like the product. But I have been in the matrix a couple of weeks now and still have no personals. I realize that Travelencia just went "live" and Unselfish Wealth had to get all the pre-enrollees to enroll and then compress the matrix. So, I will give it a little time. This is one business that I really would like to see work.
